2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer stalling

After driving about 8 minutes it starts to chug a little, especially if slowed downto around 40mph. When slowing down to make aturn or coming to a stop it stalls. We cleaned the throtle body. Made no difference

So up to the 8 min runs good? Idles? After it stalls does it restart and idle good? Air and fuel filters been replaced in last 25K? Mileage of last tune? Any recent repairs?
