2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer Recently Replaced Part Power Steering Line Since

recently replaced part of the power steering line and since the power steering doesn't work. I have tried flushing the line fluid pumps through properly, I'm at a loss as what to try next

needs a pressure test on the pump. if it is low, the pump is bad. if it is ok, then the rack has failed
