i have a 02 trailblazer, and i am trying to scan my truck for DTC and there is no connection with the scan tool and my truck. so my instruction from the scan tool states that the PCM fuse could be blown. so now the question is where is the fuse for the PCM.

Does the scan tool not power up? If you had an open PCM fuse, you would more than likely have a vehicle that did not start. You will need to check the cigarette lighter fuse, it is what powers the OBD connector

Fuse powers up fuel pump relay and pump. Need amp draw checked to fuel pump. Pump maybe drawing excessive amps blowing fuse. Othe possibility is faulty PCM.
