Cause of road/tire noise

I just got my 2002 trailblazer out of the body shop after an accident. The body shop said that I need brake pads but that the tires were okay. They did a front end alignment as part of the repair. I noticed that there is alot of tire or road noise now that wasn't there before the accident.

I don't know if it is the brakes, the tires, or the alignment changes. Any thoughts on what may be causing it or what to look at next?

If it is a grinding noise or squealing noise, that is the front brake pades.
There is an indicator that starts to touch the rotor and makes noise when the pads need changing.

Does this happen even when the car is moving? It isn't squealing or grinding on breaking. It really is more like the tires on the road or something stuck.
