2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer battery going dead

I replaced battery, alternater clean posts, I can charge battery full and it goes dead overnight

This cold be a bad battery even if new, but check for a draw. On our site under how to repair-electrical -battery item 9 will tell you how to do it. If not a local pro can find it
