Every time I turn my climate control on it bogs down the motor!
to the point that it will eventually die. The RPMs are normal until I turn it on, then starts to bog down, then RPMs go normal, then it bogs down again. Back-and-forth back-and-forth. Please tell me what I should check!

When you turn the AC on, the idle air control valve (IAC) is to compensate for the added load by increasing the RPM's. If that isn't happening, chances are the IAC is bad. However, before you purchase one, I would also recommend checking for vacuum leaks on the engine first.
