Why does my Voltage and RPM's drop

I have a 2002 chevy tahoe 5.3 eng that keeps trying to stall on me. The RPM's as well as the Voltage drop at the same time it seems. There have been times where I have been sittin on a red light & it would just turn off. I dont use the A/C because it drops drastically. Im trying to sell it but not sure if I will have luck with what it is doing now.

could be a vacuum leak or bad idle air control. is the check engine light on??
