My truck was just tuned up an it runs worse then it did before also it is making a ticking noise an shakes real bad its an 02 Tahoe

Make sure the plug wires are in the correct order. Also, if the check engine light is on, scan the computer to identify which cylinder is missing so you can check that plug.
