tire acts like it wants to fold and leaves rubber when turning sharp and slow speed foward and reverse

i put new tierod end outter and inner pitarm and idler arm when i am turning my tire acks like its going to fold and i leave rubber on the ground and i had a alignment done today still having problem

They should have inspected the parts before doing the alignment. Pay particular attention to the lower control arm pivot bolts and bushings. Jack the front end up and put the jack stands under the frame, not the lower control arms. With the control arms hanging freely, use a pry bar to try to move them in and out. Look for shiny areas under the bolt heads and nuts. That is evidence they are sliding back and forth.
