Could this be oil switch/sensor? Best case scenario? Does this automatically mean big $$$?

2002 Chev Silverado 1500, shows low oil pressure & some noise from engine. Stopped veh immediately & called for tow. Dipstick shows oil level is fine. Was about 500 miles from scheduled oil change.

if you are hearing noise form the engine it's best to have a mechanical gauge put on it and see what it is. It could be a bad oil filter as well- i personally don'tuse fram and only uses napa wix, purolator or bosch. but being unable to hear the noise have agauge check it anyhow.
