How do I adjust the e-brake

I have questions I had to put 3 new calipers and I think that I got all the air out but when I try to come to a complete stop the anti-lock brakes kick in and I an unable to stop

try rebleeding your brakes, rr,lr,rf, and lf. maybe try power bleeding.
