2002 Chevrolet S 10 While Driving Foot Lightly On Pedal Rpm Jumps Multiple Times

While driving with foot lightly on the pedal my rpm jumps up multiple times until i finally stop at a light. I just replaced the spark plugs, wires and one ignition coil. What else should i do to try to fix this problem?

check fuelpressure and clean throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides. check for a vacuum leak adn scan for codes
