have a 2002 v6 chevy s10. leaks oil through one of the spark plugs. what causes this and how do i repair it?

blows black sooty substance out of rear tailpipe when starting. Uses about 1 quart of oil every hundred miles. Never sees oil on ground. Seems to be leaking through a spark plug.

did you pull plugs to see which ones are black?
