I HAVE REPAIRE PLUGS AND WIRES IN MY TRUCK, STILL HAS A MISS TO IT AND POOR GAS MILEAGE, WHAT COULD IT BE?

check compression. check fuel pressure.

it could be low compression, bad injector, air filter clogged.

start with basics.

I had it checked at autozone, they said it my be a cylinder,engine light is on, what type of cylinder could it be?
