how to fix a coolant problem if its towards the Transmission after the water pump was fixed.

This sounds like the intake manifold gasket let go which happens sometimes after the water pump but to be sure please run down this guide to confirm the leak.

Yep this exact thing happened to me and I had to have the intake replaced. Cost me $350.00
