My windshield wipers don't clean window when its frozen out. Once it warms up they work fine. How can I get them to work better? Don

The wiper blades are made of rubber and should be cleaned. I always use an alcohol pad to clean them. Also, as they warm up from the defroster, one can expect them to work better. However, if they are not cleaning due to ice build up, the only thing you can do is clean the ice from them.
