The dome light quick working. The bulb is good. All fuses in fusebox were OK.

The door switch tested OK. All connections that we could see were good. No bare or loose wires in the light. No corrosion or rust evident at either end of the connections.

Check the headlight switch it has control over the dome light w/o the doors switch

Check the voltage with meter or test light at the bulb.

There is no voltage at the dome light. There is no dome light control at the headlight switch.

The light has three switch positions: Door, Off and On. The continuity tester showed proper connection in all three positions. There are two wires feeding the light: red with white stripe and blue with yellow stripe. Neither of these showed voltage. Is there a relay or timer in the circuit that would affect the light function?

U need to find y the red/white wire has no power. Check for continuity from red/white to the fuse panel. The wires run down the l/windshield post
