10 year old car has only 38K. how often should I drive it?

10 year old car that is never on highway?
should it be driven on highway to keep car in good shape If yes, how often and for how long?

It shouldn't make a difference. As long as the vehicle is driven a distance that allows it to warm up to operating temp and you keep it properly maintained, it will be fine.
