2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Instrument Panel Does Light Changed Headlight

The instrument panel does not light up. I have changed the headlight switch but this did not help. What else can be causing the dash lights to not work?

If you have a dimmer for your interior lamps, which my info says you do, Work the dimmer control for interior lamps, see if instrument cluster lamps come back on?
