Once I reach 45 mph+ my car developed a shake but as soon as I let up on the gas pedal it rides smooth again??

Those symptoms would point to a problem in the drive train like a driveshaft u-joint or differential problem.It needs to be inspected to look for something loose.

I was thinking this car was a RWD but it isn't so that would more indicate a bad inner CV joint.
