Would in be a good idea to buy a 2002 Chevy Impala with 229109 miles?

Its only had one owner. A lot of highway miles. Seems like for the carfax its had regular maintance.

Even if its been maintain like the owners manual says its still got over 200,000 miles so anything can go wrong at anytime engine transmission steering suspension etc.So if you can get it at the right price and have the car looked over by a mechanic and are prepared for the future repairs.
