Out of position wiper arms.

How do I get the wiper arms to go back to the down position when I turn them off.Some way they have got out of position.

Remove the wiper arm from its mounting post. Check to make sure the splined threads on both the arm and post are in good condition and not stripped. If they are good and everything else is okay, make sure the the post are in the park position and reinstall the wiper arms in the position you want.
