There was a pin hole leak in the return Steering line, temporally patched it and now I get no return steering fluid unless steering wheel is straight.

Not to sure where the problem is, Anyone got an idea?

Resevoir is full.

Restate and elaborate on the problem for clarity.

The Temp Patch was a fuel injection hose (3/8s fuel injection fuel line) with hose clamps. It was a precise clean cut with no debris.

The problem is it is very hard to turn the wheel now and there is no return steering fluid unless the steering wheel is straight.

So your saying it worked fine before all this happened? What I dont understand is what you mean by 'no return steering fluid', only when straight.

It worked fine before I patched the hole, and you know the return line? Well nothing is coming out of it when I turn the wheel in any other direction then straight.

Maybe the pump itself has failed? Does it make any noise when you try to turn it?
