NO LOWER BRAKE LIGHTS

2002 chev cavalier no lower brake lights uppers work fine. Replaced bulbs, checked fuses OK all other lights work as suppose to.

That is likely a bad combination switch in the steering column. The 2 lower lights only pass through the turn signal switch so the brake lights can cancel the turn signals when needed.
