The left rear brake light/turn signal don't work

I have checked the fuses and the bulb itself and they are all fine. What's the problem? It's only on the left side. The hazard lights don't work on that side either. Is it the socket on that side or do I need to replace the entire wiring harness?

The socket is my first guess. Use a test light to see if there is power to the socket.
