2002 Chevrolet Cavalier Engine Keeps Running Hot Losing Anti Freeze Over Heating

my engine keeps running hot I am not losing anti freeze any where and not over heating because the engine fan comes on but it is running around 195 on the gage all the time can you help me Thanks BOB

try changing the thermostat to a 180
