Brake Light

The passenger rear brake light in my 2002 cavalier keeps going out. I have replaced it 3 times within last 4 months. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Check for an intermittent short to ground-Inspect wiring and ground circuit-

I would suspect the contacts in the socket. You can purchase a new socket to eliminate that possibility.
