I have a new battery and alternator in my 2002 Cavalier Z24. The battery light comes on and off throughout daily driving. What's going on?

check to see if the fusible link is good and check belt and tensioner recommended replacement is 60k for both.

it runs off of starter solenoid it's a red wire that changes color. they are available at auto parts. I'm kinda leaning towards a belt and tensioner that the belt is worn and tensioner isn't holding tension like it should.
