You would have to start with getting the body control module scanned for codes which a free parts store scan or diyer scan tool cant do.Then let know the exact code numbers not code descriptions are?Thats your starting point you might even need the scan tool to help diagnose the problem.

my fianee has a scan tool he is a mechanic there were no codes

had a problem with the BCM for over a year the radio, locks and windows would shut on and off and then my fiancée re- soldered the circuit that was damaged and that fixed the problem that was over 2-3 months ago. I sent the radio to be refurbished and re installed it and every thing as working fine. Car still runs

If the security light is on then there usually a problem in the pass lock system somewhere.It all depends on which scan tool he has most scan tools wont read body control module codes.
