Car runs fine and has power at low rpms. When it reaches over 3000rpms it has very little power and won't accelerate like it should. What would make it run poor at high rpm? In park it will rev up ok but it used to be better. What is wrong?

It sounds to me like your cat is stopping up or is stopped up. That would be the first thing I'd check.
