truck not running right?

truck ran fine this morning went out for lunch started it running real rough and when I say rough it's hard to explain how rough didn't think I was going to make it to the house even had to hold my foot on the gas at the lights sometimes it was aidle sometimes it wouldn't

This is common whet the fuel pumps tarts to go out, here is a guide so you can check the fuel pressure which should be about 55 PSI and how to change the fuel pump out in the images below.
