Thumping noise . I think it's in the back. Seems to increase with speed.

Check your rear tires. Rub your hands over the threads of the tire to feel for bumps or uneven places.
Also, could be a bad shock absorber. Bounce the truck on the rear to see if it continues to bounce after you stop bouncing it. If so, your shocks are bad.
