2002 Chevrolet Blazer I Have Replaced the Fuel Pump and Coil and the Truck Will Sometimes

I have replaced the fuel pump and coil and the truck will sometimes start but will stall after a few min the motor was replaced and the old engin didnt have the egr harness and the current engin has the egr. help please.
