I own a 2002 S-10 Blazer and when I turn the wheel only to the right and apply pressure to the gas pedal I can feel some kind of pulsating or vibrating movement and at times some kind of noise. Do you have any idea where I could begin to look at? Drove it on Friday and noticed when I turned right could feel some pulsating or vibration from the gas pedal. At times could even hear some kind of grinding noise too. Please help me to find out where to begin.

Start by checking the brakes. Also, check to make sure the power steering is full. Check tires for uneven wear.
