Cigarette lighter fuse keeps blowing. Tried replacing 15 amp fuse with 20 amp and 25 amp, fuse continues to blow.

First, don't place the wrong size fuse in the vehicle. It can cause a fire. If it keeps blowing a fuse, there has to be a short somewhere. Start by checking inside the lighter to see if a coin or something is stuck in there. If it isn't, you need to trace the power supply to see where the short is located, You may need to replace the lighter itself.
