how to advance timing in 2002 chevy blazer 4x4

just replaced the cam for new lift went to 691 instead of 613 lift and it started right up but now its running rough and has slight miss

Today's cars are interesting. No more can we turn a distributor to adjust timing. The only thing I can say is it needs done by another computer.
