2002 Chevrolet Avalanche Right Front Window Will Roll Makes Grinding Sound

Right front window will not roll up. Makes grinding sound when I push the button. You can hear the motor running but no roll-up. Back left rear door does not open when handle is pulled when on unlocked position

Milage and gear selection indicator does not always light up. It may if I hit a bump or band on the dash.

the window regulator has failed, pull the trim and inspect the teeth on the reg, may have a loose globe holder or a bad plug connection, pull the dash and inspect
