2002 Chevrolet Avalanche replace timing chain

I want to know the easy way to replace chain behind the oil pump and the torque for each bolt in that area

cam sprocket bolts torque 26 ft.lbs. yo have to drop the pan to remove the oil pump as the pickup is bolted to main cap. most of the pan and timing cover bolts as well as pump bolts are 18 ft lbs.
