2002 Chevy Avalanche leans to the left; is it the shocks or the struts?

neither. springs hold the vehicle up, shocks just dampen.

the shocks could be frozen, but its' usually the springs or torsion bar if a 4 whel drive. the torsion bar may be able to be adjusted in the front.
