More than likely this is a tire issue or a steering dampener issue.
So, let's start with checking the tires for any wear and then we should have them checked to see if they are high in road force. You need a machine to do this, so we need to have a tire shop check them.

Lastly if the steering stabilizer is worn it can cause a vibration or a shake in the steering wheel. Normally this does not go away at a certain speed, so I suspect it is a tire/wheel issue.
