My ABS sensor and brake sensor come on all the time

2002 chevy avalanche 1500 Z71. my ABS and brake light sensor will come on 3 or 4 times a week. Does all 4 wheels have sensors on them and how do u check them. What do I need to check?

a pro has to check this to see what is wrong, cold be a sensor/wire, etc.
