the brake lines recently broke on my 2002 chev avalanche and all of a sudden the radio , fan , remote start , power windows , seats , locks , mirrors wont work . what might be the problem ?

I don't see how they are related. Have you checked fuses?

yes I have ...and also checked ground wires ..no problem there
