2002 Chevrolet Astro electrical issues

The gas & temp. gauge, front and rear wipers, cruise control, PRNDL indicator, heater/ac fan stopped working after trying to start the vehicle ( after extended cranking, that problem has been fixed. Other electricals work, radio, head lights, turn signals, windows, door locks, cabin lights, stop/break lights. Checked all the fuses, all good. Did not find any fuse able links.

check fuses 17-20-23 with a test light or volt meter under dash lh side. fuse 1-6-18 for cruise same way. then check battery fuse (50amp) in underhood fuse block which supplies most of the components that are out. also upfitter and ign fuse sin same block all large fuses
