THE BLOWER RESISTER WAS REPLACED IN JULY AND AT THAT TIME UP UNTIL LATE OCTOBER IT WORKED

sounds like it failed again. if the motor draws too much, it will fry the resistor. i would replace the resistor, connector and blower motor.
