I put a new battery in my car. The A/C was working fine but now when I turn on my car A/C goes on and air comes out through the dash vents (like it is supposed to) but within 60 seconds, it "clicks" and air comes out at the floorboard vents. It stays that way. How do I re-program my A/C to work properly? The compressor works fine.

Thee is nothing owner programmable. You will need a professional scan tool capable of accessing the climate control modules to look for stored codes and they can test the mode door operation that way also.
