My wife drove the car with an empty tank of gas, when we put some gas in there the car did not start up. After checking that the fuel filter, relays were in working order, I decided to get a new fuel pump and installed it but the car still will not start. the fuel gauge made a 360 turn and fell to the bottom of the dash. what can be wrong?
