2002 Cadillac Escalade 02 V8 6 0 Give Littel Gas Stop Batt Meter Will Drop 10v

I have an 02 escalade v8 6.0 When I go to give it a littel gas and when i go to stop the batt meter will drop to 10v and the lights and air will die down but when i drive normal everything works good just when i go to stop to dies down then comes back up and the batt meter shows 14v when driving. It idles finds and i have checked the alt and the battery both are good I have replaced the Mass Air Flow senor and there codes on the reader.

The service stabily system light is on but am not sure if that has anything to do with this problem.

check yur belt for slippage, reccomended replacement is 60,000 mi along with tensioner. it may be slipping due to tensioner wear or belt wear.
