2002 Cadillac Deville white smog

First start in the morning or a cool engine I see white smog coming out of the exhaust with no pressure from both pipes. With the cool engine I notice 10 seconds of uneven idle. other wise work well, it has a new set of spark plug and radiator recently done.

white smog is nothing to worry about, try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner.
