2002 Cadiliac Deville- The windshield washers only wash after holding the leaver down for about 4 to 6 passes of the wippers. Then the stream is weak. Are there to pumps and where are they located? Also How can I change a Dome light?

Butch:
The washer motor is at the bottom of the W/S washer resivour. Chances are either the pump is bad. However, check the hoses to make sure nothing is pluged or damaged.
