transmission is making noise like a engine rod going out

The transmission only makes this noise rarely, sometimes it is just a clicking noise, and sometimes it sounds like a bad rod on the engine, transmission works normally, no codes or warning lights. Replaced both CV shafts thinking they were bad. When making the bad rod noise one can feel it on the right side of transmission hump inside of the car. Noise speeds up and slows down with car speed

It its within the transmission your going to have to tear apart the transmission to see where the problem is.You could get a chassis ear to pinpoint the noise.
